How we boost our culture.

We live our culture in ways that are unique and special to us, always seeking to nurture and support each other.

1. Space Stations.

Our quarterly team meetings where we review how we are progressing on our strategic plan as a company. We make sure we have a great time and make the most of this time to relax, reconnect with our fellow team members and have fun together.

2. Each One Teach One's.

We are constantly evolving, so we know we always have something new to share. Each One teach One are sessions where a team member teaches us about a specific topic that will help us grow as a company. Because talented employees have an enormous amount to learn from one another.

3. #inspirations #recognitions.

We love to motivate and inspire each other constantly, that's why we open spaces like #inspiration to share cases, reflections and stories of all kinds with the rest of the team. We like to empower people's work, make special mentions, recognize and give visibility to the team's efforts.

4. Un(gravity).

(Un)gravity is our innovation space to experiment without limits and launch agile prototypes. It has a strong focus on energizing the team's capabilities and developing skills that we want to boost. Here we develop independent projects on both environmental and social issues.
