With a background in Industrial Engineering, Marta has +5 years of experience in innovation consulting, research and venture building environments.

She has worked as Project Manager in an innovation lab, designing and prototyping initiatives in different industries (fintech, insurtech...), and participating in the launch and go-to-market as startups of three of them. In addition, he has been part of the Sustainable Organizations Group of the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, bringing humanistic perspectives to organizations such as Red Eléctrica or Exolum (CLH).

Marta leads innovation and prototyping projects, creating spaces where innovation, positive impact and business converge to solve global challenges.
